CFC’s 2009 Annual Gala & Auction CINEPHILIA – A CELEBRATION FOR A SOCIETY OF FILM LOVERS proved to be a huge success, from gourmet food, exciting live and silent auctions and raffle, to the impressive entertainment and décor. 

By gathering over 500 patrons of Canada’s top film, television and industry professionals, the gala raised more than $450,000 for Canadian talent. This year‘s gala, held at the Kool Haus, marked the Canadian Film Centre’s 20th Anniversary. This milestone was celebrated by paying tribute to its collective achievements. In twenty years, CFC has grown into a world-class film, television and new media centre producing movies, short films, interactive films and games, TV pilots, and a host of new media content.
