Residents of the Cineplex Entertainment Film Program and CFC Actors Conservatory were treated to an intimate masterclass with acclaimed filmmaker Guillermo del Toro (PAN’S LABYRINTH, BLADE II, THE DEVIL’S BACKBONE, CRONOS).

Armed with a wicked sense of humour, del Toro talked candidly about his first feature film CRONOS, discussing his struggle to get his first feature film produced and accepted in Mexico. A strong believer in “trusting your gut”, del Toro spoke passionately about the drive and dedication that has driven his career, offering countless pearls of wisdom for our filmmakers.
