​Two CFC Features Films to Screen at Cinequest

CFC is pleased to announce that OLD STOCK and MOLLY MAXWELL will both be screening at the 2013 Cinequest Film Festival in San Jose, California. Both films were developed and produced through CFC Features.

Molly Maxwell

is a quietly humorous drama about a 16-year-old girl's heart pounding and crushing experience of impossible love with her young English teacher. MOLLY MAXWELL is written and directed by Sara St. Onge, produced by Aeschylus Poulos, John Nadalin, and Mark Van de Ven, and edited by Stephen Philipson ('02). Starring are Lola Tash, CFC Actors Conservatory alumnus Charlie Carrick ('11), Krista Bridges, and Rob Stewart.

The film will have the following screenings:

  • Tuesday, March 5 at 11:30am
  • Thursday, March 7 at 7:15pm
  • Saturday, March 9 at 1:45pm
Old Stock

After two years hiding out in his Grandfather's retirement residence, young but old-at-heart Stock Burton (Noah Reid) is forced back into his small town where he must come to terms with the troubled past that led to his early retirement.

OLD STOCK is directed by James Genn ('03), written by Dane Clark ('08), produced by Geordie Sabbagh ('08), and edited by Kye Meechan ('08). Starring are Noah Reid, Melanie Leishman, Danny Wells, Corinne Conley, and Meghan Heffern.

The film will have the following screenings:

  • Sunday, March 2 at 11:15am
  • Monday, March 4 at 4:30pm
  • Wednesday, March 6 at 9:30pm
