CFC’s Chief Digital Officer Ana Serrano Speaking at TEDxToronto on October 2, 2014

CFC is delighted that our Chief Digital Officer, Ana Serrano, has been announced as a speaker of TEDxToronto 2014 on Thursday, October 2, 2014 at Koerner Hall, Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. Some of the other esteemed speakers and performers include John Cruickshank, Publisher, Toronto Star and President, Star Media Group;Pantea Razzaghi, Co-founder, Synbiota;Dr. Margot Taylor, Director of Functional Neuroimaging, Diagnostic Imaging, Hospital for Sick Children; and performers Nobu Adilman and Daveed Goldman, founders of CHOIR!CHOIR!CHOIR!, among many others. Click here for the full list of speakers, performers and demonstrators.

Official TEDxToronto After Party

The Pursuit of Greatness, the official TEDxToronto After Party, provides an opportunity for individuals to connect with the talented speakers, performers and demonstrators after the conference, guests can expect an evening filled with live entertainment and surprises largely influenced by the 1920s and The Great Gatsby. The After Party will take place at CUBE Nightclub, beginning at 9 p.m. A limited number of early-bird tickets are now available, here, for $30 each.

Satellite Viewing Event

TEDxToronto’s Satellite event will take place at the Centre for Social Innovation (CSI Annex) in the Bloor and Bathurst area of downtown Toronto. The event offers the opportunity to watch TEDxToronto 2014 via live stream on Thursday, October 2 with others who are just as passionate about ideas worth sharing.

In addition to watching the conference, individuals will get to meet a panel of past TEDxToronto speakers who will lead discussions about the day’s events. There is no cost to attend. More information and Satellite event registration can be found, here.
