Four alumni films will be making their U.S. premieres at the 2015 Santa Barbara International Film Festival, which runs from January 27 through to February 7, 2015 and kicks off at the historic Arlington Theatre. The 30th edition of the festival boasts over 197 unique films from 54 countries.

Three alumni films will be participating in this year’s Independent Features Competition: Bang Bang Baby from writer/director Jeffrey St. Jules, executive producer Christina Piovesan (CFC mentor), producer Daniel Bekerman and editor Matt Lyon; Preggoland from producer Kevin Eastwood and writer/star Sonja Bennett; and Wet Bum from executive producer Daniel Bekerman, producers Lauren Grant and Paula Devonshire and editor Jorge Weisz.

Songs She Wrote About People She Knows from producer Amy Belling and Bang Bang Baby will screen as part of the Cinematic Overtures program.

Congratulations to all of our alumni involved!
