The Border: Interactive

Creator:

Stitch Media

Broadcast partner

CBC

In brief:

The Border Interactive website is a unique cross-media gaming experience that introduces players to events that unfold prior to the start of the first episode through a series of filmed sequences where intercepted messages, surveillance video and secret dossiers will allow them to interact with characters and events featured in the series. Created by award-winning interactive media developers Stitch Media with show creators White Pine Pictures and the CBC, players are immersed in the world of espionage as they are interrogated by The Border's ICS officers, track known terrorists using satellite video, wire taps and even help diffuse a bomb. The site will also feature a North American first in new bar-code recognition technology that allows Canadians to ‘capture’ clues with their camera cell phones as part of a nationwide contest to win fabulous prizes including a Niagara Falls getaway package from Niagara Falls Tourism, a Fairmont Royal York Hotel stay and a multi-media package from Telus.

The entire world of ReGenesis becomes real, reaching out through websites, email, phone, fax and more.
