A wicker rattan bicycle basket is possessed by the spirit of a murderous pimp looking to get revenge on the hooker who killed him. During its journey, the basket attempts to kill those who get in its way including a bike thief, an office worker, and a baby!
SAMUEL KIEHOON LEE, DIRECTOR
Splitting his time between Seoul and Toronto, Lee's features and shorts have travelled the world and have won several awards; including the popular HOW TO MAKE KIMCHI: ACCORDING TO MY KUN UMMA. Samuel's directing style can be categorized as elegantly fun and wonderfully genre. Lee plays Tetris to stay sharp.
KEVIN KINCAID, PRODUCER
Hailing from Nova Scotia, Kevin Kincaid is currently developing a number of Television and Film properties including, Bad Paper, Funny That, The Marionette, Brief Agency and the Derby Series. Kevin recently produced the award-winning comedic short, Bernard the Magician. A graduate of the CFC Producers' Lab, Kevin also studied Shakespeare at RADA, London, UK.
LAURA PERLMUTTER, PRODUCER
Laura Perlmutter is a film, television and digital media producer. A Canadian Film Centre’s Producers' Lab alumni her credits include Beware Of Dog (Atlantic Film Festival), and the CFC short film Spin The Barrel. She is currently developing the feature comedy Fit To Print and the half-hour comedy series, "Critic".
SARA MITCHELL, WRITER
Sara Mitchell recently completed a screenwriting residency at the Canadian Film Centre. Her feature, Spare Change received a Praxis jury prize and was an official finalist in the Write Brothers Screenwriting Competition. She is currently working on a senior citizen comedy, Mallwalker, and an Outback drama, Alex Down Under.
SURITA PARMAR, WRITER
Surita Parmar uses her writing to challenge perception and provoke age-old questions. A recent CFC Writers' Lab graduate, her credits include the award winning Bravo!FACT TV short Minus Lara, and the short film Never Mind The Bolsheviks. She is presently developing several feature length projects including Dawn Of The Wed,Simpler, and Salvation.
HEATH FASHINA, EDITOR
Heath Fashina is a Toronto-based film and television editor who recently completed the Editors' Lab at the CFC. His recent credits include the factual entertainment series "From Spain With Love" and "CampusPD". In 2009, he edited the short 5 Dysfunctional People in a Car, which screened at TIFF that same year.
