The Brian Loreto Film Fund
In 2005, with the help from Brian’s brothers, Rick and Barry Loreto, and Brian’s wife, Nancy Clarkson-Loreto, CFC was able to establish The Brian Loreto Film Fund in memory of Brian to celebrate his life. The Brian Loreto Film Fund is an endowed fund. The principal is maintained, while interest income is used to invest in new training equipment such as digital cameras and high definition video screens. This fund has been specifically designated to support Canada’s brightest film talent who are training at CFC. Since its inauguration, the Brian Loreto Film Fund, friends, colleagues and family members of the Loreto and Clarkson families contributed $11,000 to support the CFC Film Program and CFC Short Dramatic Film Program.
