Biography

Jordan Walker has spent 12 years in the entertainment industry creating, writing and producing a wide array of film, television, and new media content. After studying Film and Economics at the University of Southern California, Jordan founded Neophyte Productions in 1999. He has written and produced numerous short films, feature films and television content that have screened at festivals around the world and have been broadcast on networks such as the CBC, HBO Canada, Movie Central, Bravo! and Super Channel. 

In 2007, Jordan wrote and produced his first feature film, THE THIRD EYE, called “A chilling, bizarre thriller…” by the Boston Herald. Starring Tara Spencer-Nairn (Corner Gas) and Allan Hawco (Republic of Doyle), the film screened at many international festivals and was released on DVD and VOD in Canada and the US, and had it's Canadian broadcast premiere in 2009 on Super Channel.

Jordan is the writer and producer on the recently completed feature film THE PRIVILEGED (formerly DEADWEIGHT), a thriller starting Sam Trammel from HBO’s True Blood. THE PRIVILEGED opens in theaters across Canada in the summer of 2014.

Currently, Jordan is producing an innovative Interactive Mobile Television Series called VOYEUR that received funding in September 2013 from the Canadian Media Fund and will begin production in June 2014. Jordan is a graduate of the Canadian Film Centre and lives in Toronto.
